Registration
and Tuition Policies:
Tuition
for classes held during the summer is due in full at registration.
The first
month of tuition and the last month of tuition (May) for the school term
are both due at the time of registration.
Students
are registering for the full school term (August – May), not for individual
classes. The number of classes may vary per month, but payment for the
term is divided into equal payments for your convenience.
TUITION
PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR THE SCHOOL TERM (August – May)
Automatic
Bank Draft for the Monthly Tuition amount - your bank makes a payment from
your account on the 15th of each month (September - April).
Automatic
Charge to your credit card account (Mastercard, Visa, American Express,
or Discover) for the Monthly Tuition amount - your credit card will be
charged on the 15th of each month (September – April).
Full
term payment (August – May) in advance with 5% discount.
Two Semester
payments with the first being due at registration, and the second due on
the first class day of January.
Monthly
tuition payment due by the 10th of each month. A $10 Late Fee
will be assessed if tuition balance is not paid by the 10th
of each month.
There
will be a charge of $5.00 for insufficient funds.
Classes
missed are not pro-rated or refunded. Classes should be made up within
30 days in an available class as determined by the studio office. Please
contact the studio office to schedule a make-up class.
Students
will be placed in a class level as determined by Studio of Dance staff.
New students may be asked to take a placement class to determine appropriate
level. Excessive absences from weekly classes may require a student to
be moved to a lower level class.
If a student
wishes to discontinue classes, written notice must be given to the studio
office 30 days in advance to avoid further billing. Failure to submit 30-day
written notice will result in forfeiture of the last month’s tuition which
was pre-paid at registration. In addition, payment drafts will continue
until the studio is notified that a student is discontinuing.

lobby and not outside. (STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WAIT NEAR THE PARKING

Parents
are welcome to remain in the lobby during classes. Although we understand
the need to bring younger siblings to the studio, please supervise them
so that the classes are not interrupted. In addition, children should not
be left unattended in the courtyard area outside the studio. Children that
are running, playing ball, or being unusually loud will be asked to sit
quietly.
ATTENDANCE

is taken at every class. If your child will not be able to attend his or
her scheduled class, please contact the studio office in advance. If your
child misses 2 consecutive classes and the office has not been contacted,
the office administrator will follow-up with a phone call.
Missed
classes must be made up within 30 days. The studio office can help you
select the appropriate class for make-ups. Please sign-in at the front
desk before attending your make-up class.
